Join the Multimodal Communication Speech Clinic Team!
Now Hiring: Early Intervention Clinicians (In-Home)
W2 Employee · Part-Time or Full-Time · $70–$75/hour · Greater Los Angeles & Orange County
Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist who wants to shape the earliest, most critical years of a child's development — with a team that actually supports you? We're hiring licensed SLPs to provide home- and community-based early intervention (ages 0–3) across several regional center catchment areas.
If you've felt the isolation and paperwork overload that too often come with EI work, this is different. You'll have a Clinical Director in your corner, a dedicated administrative assistant handling the phone calls and busywork, and a company genuinely invested in your growth and your clients' outcomes.
Why SLPs Choose Us
-
Real clinical support. Monthly case-review meetings with our Clinical Director, plus ongoing clinical guidance whenever you need it. We want you to feel confident in how to improve outcomes for every child on your caseload.
-
Administrative help built in. A dedicated administrative assistant handles phone calls and administrative tasks, so you can focus on your clients.
-
W2 with benefits (optional). This is a W2 position (not 1099), with benefits available to both part-time and full-time staff and a $200 employer contribution.
-
Mileage is reimbursed, and you're paid at your full rate for late cancellations within 24 hours.
-
We provide a company tablet and email account.
-
Room to grow. We invest in your ongoing professional development and clinical growth.
