FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are currently an in-network participating provider with Anthem Blue Cross.
For families covered by other insurance plans, we also accept private pay and can provide a superbill upon request for families with out-of-network benefits. Families with PPO or POS health insurance typically have some level of out-of-network coverage.
If you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, once we receive your intake information, our team will contact your insurance provider to verify your current speech therapy benefits. You will receive a detailed benefits summary outlining coverage details and potential out-of-pocket costs before scheduling an appointment.
For families without insurance coverage for speech therapy, we also offer a prompt-pay discount. We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards for private pay clients.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss your specific situation. We’re happy to help guide you through the process.
We offer flexible service options to meet each family’s unique needs.
Our clinicians provide telehealth speech therapy across California, and depending on your insurance network and service area, we may also be able to travel to your home for in-person sessions.
In-person services at our clinic locations are available by appointment only.
Yes. A speech-language evaluation is necessary prior to determining a need for speech services. A speech-language evaluation will help us determine if your child is eligible for services and create a plan to support your child's communication needs. We invite our families to submit previous reports (i.e. IEP, previous speech-language evaluation, psychological evaluations, progress reports, etc.) of their child prior and/or during the evaluation process.
For all families (Private and those requesting a Superbill)
1) Submit Intake Information
2) Copy of a Government Issued Identification Card of the person responsible for payment of service
3) Initial Appointment Deposit of $40
4) Previous Reports
For families requesting a Superbill:
1) Prescription from your child's pediatrician requesting an evaluation and/or speech treatment.
2) Copy of your health insurance card
