How do I pay for your services? We accept private pay, and we offer a superbill to families with out-of-network benefits upon request. Families with PPO or POS health insurance typically have out-of-network coverage. For families who choose to request a superbill, once we receive your intake information, we will contact your insurance provider to determine your current benefits as it pertains to speech therapy. You will receive a comprehensive report detailing your coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs prior to booking an appointment with us. For families without coverage for speech therapy services, we also provide a prompt-pay discount. We accept cash and/or all major debit/credit cards for our private pay families. A speech-language evaluation will help us determine if your child is eligible for services and create a plan to support your child's communication needs. We invite our families to submit previous reports (i.e. IEP, previous speech-language evaluation, psychological evaluations, progress reports, etc.) of their child prior and/or during the evaluation process.
