Our Team.

Our team is composed of passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) who are deeply committed to the field of speech and language development. Each clinician brings unique expertise and compassion to their work, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why our clinicians have the autonomy to manage their caseloads and schedules. This flexibility empowers our team to maintain their passion for the field, prioritize self-care, and deliver the highest quality services to our clients. Meet Our Clinical Director

Destiny Johnson, M.S., CCC-SLP is a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (English and Spanish), licensed in California, Illinois, and New York, and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University and has extensive experience working with infants, toddlers, school-age children, and adolescents across school-based, clinic, and in-home settings.

Destiny specializes in bilingual speech and language development, early intervention, and working with neurodiverse individuals. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology at Northwestern University, she is a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who values lifelong learning and embraces each client’s unique journey.

In 2024, Destiny presented at the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA) state convergence on Dynamic Assessment in Bilingual Children for Equitable and Inclusive Change. She will also be presenting at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) 2024 annual convention on Dynamic Assessment: Fostering Equity and Inclusion.

Her dedication to embracing diversity and respecting cultural beliefs ensures that her clients and their families receive high-quality care, empowering individuals to thrive in a diverse world.
